66 YEARS OF RIVERSIDE UNITED CHURCH

To celebrate our 66th Anniversary, we had a few of the members of our community of faith share stories that would speak about the richness Riverside has brought to their lives and part of the reason they give generously to this community of faith. Thank you to John, Lorraine, Bernice, Ken, Teri & Donna, and Sila for sharing their stories, and to Sharanne for presiding during our story telling.

This video is a composite of the stories that were shared at our 844 and 10:30 services. Please note that the conclusion was taken from the 10:30 service - John and Lorraine were thanked for their stories in the 844 service.

Our building is located on the traditional territory of the Anishinaabeg, Haudenosaunee, Attawandaron, and Wendat peoples—a territory covered by the Upper Canada Treaties. We are grateful to have the opportunity to worship on this land and work toward right relations with one another. May we listen to the voice of Truth and Reconciliation that calls to us today and invites us to work toward a better tomorrow with all our relations.
