LENTEN CARING AND SHARING CALENDAR

Starting February 14, you are invited to participate in our “Lenten Sharing and Caring Calendar”. The idea being that it is helpful to give something at lent as opposed to the traditional giving up something.

This Lenten calendar shows us that we can collect a food item daily (or weekly if preferred) through the six weeks of Lent with the intent that at the end of those six weeks we would have collected a bundle of food stuffs for donation to those in need. M6:8 would direct these goods on Riverside’s behalf to St Paul’s Social Services and the NWLRC.

You may want to form a team to share the load. Whatever makes the project fun and possible!

M6:8 will have a parking lot pick up (March 10th 9:30-10:00 and 11:30-12. If storing your Lenten Calendar collection over this extended period of time is difficult, we would be happy to come to your home and pick up your items. You can make those arrangements by calling/txting Lynn Mellon (519) 872-0021

As always, thank you for your support. M6:8
